• Develop site integration analysis for clients

• Use sports knowledge to talk to clients about shop integrations.

• Be financially savvy from an accounting and business perspective
• Have strong Leadership and ability to influence others
• Have very strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Have ability to accomplish goals despite obstacles and tight deadlines
• Have strong Excel skills and knowledge of MS Products
• Knowledge of Sports a must!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
• Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
• Performs requirements analysis and documentation, including wireframes (Visio) and detailed use case development (Word).
• Facilitates both formal and informal user meetings for requirements gathering and review.
• Creates process flow documentation to help in communicating organizational change.
• Communicates proactively regarding status, roadblocks, and risks.

• Organizes and prioritizes requirements into discrete tasks and iteration plans.
• Effectively manages user and stakeholder expectations.
• Tracks status and progress of development tasks using online case-tracking software.
• Serves as respected liaison between business and technical resources.
• Handles multiple, concurrent projects of varying scope and complexity.
• Provides input to IT teams for analysis, design, construction, and testing.
• Follows established standards for documentation and SDLC, but with ability to make suggestions for improvements to fit the current culture.

Requirements

• 3-5 Years collecting and defining business requirements for custom software development.
• Familiarity with web-development technology and capabilities.
• Experience working in B2C retail e-commerce and fulfillment, a plus.
• Ability to work independently with light oversight.
• Communication and relationship skills.
• Ability to think creatively to find flexible and agreeable solutions.
• Experience in documenting both enhancements to existing systems, as well as ground-up systems development.
